These terms are the agreement between you and Brainzie Ltd for using Brainzie Musterpoint. We have kept them short and plain. By using the app, you agree to them.
Brainzie Musterpoint is operated by Brainzie Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England & Wales. You can reach us at hello@brainzie.co.uk.
Brainzie Musterpoint is low-cost membership and parent-verification software for PTAs and other school-linked volunteer groups — keeping the member list, and confirming that someone asking to join really is a parent at the school. It is not a regulated financial, medical or legal service, and nothing in it is professional advice.
Brainzie Musterpoint is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans we will publish the prices here and in the app before they apply to you, and any subscription will renew only until you cancel it, with the statutory cancellation and refund rights that apply to consumers.
We work hard to keep Brainzie Musterpoint running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The Brainzie Musterpoint software, brand and content are owned by Brainzie Ltd. The information you put in remains yours.
You can stop using Brainzie Musterpoint at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes fall to its courts. Consumers keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of their home country.
